Snowday-Schmoday Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts
Seriously, I've had enough snow in my life. I don't need you anymore, Winter! I've got such bad cabin fever that I don't even feel like cooking. I just want to eat energy nuggets (you know, those kind they sell in bulk at Whole Foods), bananas, nuts, and anything salty that comes out of a bag. So, when my husband asked me if I could make lunch while he went out to shovel the 10 inches of snow in our crazy long driveway, I sighed (hey now, I'm kind of sick on top of it!), but then took it is a challenge to get out of my cooking doldrums and make something new.
