Vegan Mofo: BBQ Tofu and Vegan Coleslaw Hoagie

Now that you've made Scissor and Spice's Octoberfest maple BBQ sauce and marinade and coleslaw, you've got yourself the elements of a great sandwich!

To make, fry or bake cubes or slices tofu until crispy, but still soft, and coat with the BBQ sauce. On a hoagie roll, layer a few pickles and heaps of coleslaw with the warm tofu. Also works great in a wrap!
