Spice in the Kitchen: Gluten & Egg Free Pumpkin Scones

I baked these a couple of weeks ago for a contest. Who knows if I will win, but I do know they were pretty tasty. So tasty in fact that I had to put them in the freezer so I wouldn't eat them all before I got a chance to give to my friend who can neither eat gluten nor eggs. You hear that, Karen? Scones! Come and get 'em! Wait, did I mention they have chocolate chips in them? No? Well, they do!
