Vegan Asian-Style Coleslaw Recipe (vegan)
serves 4-6; prep time 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 7 cups +/- shredded cabbage, purple cabbage and carrots (or 1 bag of coleslaw mix)
- 1 TB peanut oil
- 1 TB sesame oil
- 1 TB hoisin sauce
- 1.5 TB soy sauce
- 1/8 cup Veganaise
- 2 TB rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 TB sugar
- 2 TB finely minced cilantro leaves
- 1/2 tsp Sriracha
Directions
- Whisk together all ingredients except coleslaw.
- Mix cabbage mix and dressing together.
- You can then top with peanuts or sesame seeds.

I love the tangy taste of this dish thanks to the strong flavor added by vinegar. It is very appetizing.
