Heaven's Banquet was given to me as wedding present almost 11 years ago! I love this cookbook; all the recipes I've made have been so supremely excellent. There is a healthy balance between all styles of cuisine and lessons on Ayurvedic cooking techniques. It is an indispensable cookbook for
lacto-vegetarians, specially for those who
eschew onions and garlic from their diets. Finally
available in soft cover (though I prefer the original cover design).
